Fifth time standing on the podium in the black belt division at World’s… This weekend I had great fights and fought my way to one more bronze medal, I would be lying if I said I it was fine, because of course I wanted more than this!! But I am happy and proud to consistently be among the best in the world when this is not my profession and many of my opponents got their black belt at an age where I was just starting BJJ. Thank you to my coach Shimon Mochizuki and all my training partners at ArteSuave for kicking my ass every day in training, a huge thanks to my family for tagging along this time, and to my sponsors Shoyoroll and MyProtein.
